Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
The ACL provides guarantees for consumers in Australia. Where goods or services are supplied to a consumer, they must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match descriptions and samples, and be supplied with due care and skill. These statutory rights apply in addition to any express warranties we provide.
Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the failure and whether it is major or minor.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our returns policy complements ACL obligations. If you receive damaged goods or items not as described, contact us within 14 days for assessment. For change-of-mind returns we offer returns within 30 days where items are unused, in original packaging and meet hygiene requirements (gloves, headgear exclusions may apply).

Warranty, Product Safety & Recalls
Where we provide a manufacturer or seller warranty this will be stated on the product page or packing. Warranties do not limit your statutory rights under the ACL.
We monitor product safety and will notify customers in the event of a recall. If a safety issue is identified, follow recall instructions and contact our support team for assistance.
Safety guidance
- Use boxing gloves and protective gear only as intended.
- Inspect equipment regularly for wear; discontinue use if compromised.
- Follow sizing and fitting guidance to reduce injury risk.

Shipping, Pricing & GST
Prices shown on travixelon.space are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges, delivery windows and carriers are specified at checkout and may vary by region.
We endeavour to dispatch items promptly; typical dispatch times are 1–3 business days. Where delays occur we will notify you.

Dispute Resolution & Complaints
If you have a complaint please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter promptly. If the issue remains unresolved you may have additional rights through external dispute resolution bodies such as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or state consumer protection agencies.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 30 days where practical.
